The Hungarian Gokart Federation hereby invite you all, the winners
the podium winners and their accompanies for the Price Giving Ceremony
of the year of 2014.
The ceremony is taking place on 13th of December, 2014. at:
Lázár Lovaspark (2182 Domonyvölgy, Fenyő utca 47. ( www.lazarlovaspark.hu).
The Program:
Arrivals: 16.30-17.30
Horse show, camp fire: from 17.30 (apprx. 40 minutes)
Price Giving: apprx. 18.15
Dinner: apprx. 19.00
The Ceremony lasts till 23.00
The Ceremony’s price is euro: 25,00/person, that includes a welcome drink,
and the dinner. Other drinks has to be paid upon orders.

The prices are with VAT. The tourist VAT is HUF: 300/pers/night over 18 years of age.
The Hotel price contains the followings:
• the Hotel room with breakfast

• Use of the Relaxation Isle (opens middle of November)
Parking:
Under the Hotel, 20 places, upon reservations, for HUF: 2.400/car/
Payments and resignations:
You can resignate for free two days before the bookings, within two days,
you will be charged with one night room price.
You must have a valid bank card for the bookings,
(name of the card holder, type of the card, number, expiration day)
You can take the room from 14.00 hours on the arrival day.
If you are coming in a different time, please inform the Hotel!
