Dear Micromax Drivers, Mechanics Teams, Funs!

The 1st CEE event is coming soon, here is the Manual on how to use the system this year in the MicroMax class:
The Usage, the rent, handling, the return of the MicroMax engines in the CEE events as follows:
To participate on the CEE events in the MicroMax class is only possible with the Rental engine system. The Rental Fee is eur: 150,00/driver/event.
The handover of the engines starts with the lottery on Saturdays, prior to the actual event at the Parc Ferme or at a designated area between 12 and 13 o’clock.
Only Two person per start number can be presented at the lottery. At the lottery, the Team Coach or his authorized person and the driver from the driver’s side, and the Cheef of Technical Scrutineers from the organization side can be presented.
At the lottery one take a number from a „non see through box” or similar, than with that number the driver pair the number that is on the engines, than that engine can be taken to the driver’s tent for mounting on the chassis.
The engines’ pack contains everything except the followings: the clutch (659 907), the cluch drum (659 930), means a complete clutch (!) and it must be taken by the drivers/Teams, the front sprocket (236 874) or the one that will be desingnated for eact track, the wiring harness (666 830) and the battery (265 030). There will be 5 plombs on the rented engines:
• on the usulal place as ever before
• on the exhaust system
• on the carburetor, so it cannot be opened
• on the bottom of the engines
• on the coil
The drivers or the Teams must take their own clutch, the cluch drum, the front sprocket, the wiring harness and the battery to be used. These parts will not be supplied with the engines from the organization side.
It is absolutelly forbidden to open or modify the engines! It is the drivers’ discretion if any of the plombs are broken once it has been taken from the lottery!
Only the main jet and gear ratio is legal to use, that is priorly published by the organizer, that will be given on Fridays, prior to the events. Any other change on the main jet and the gear ratio is forbidden!
The exhausts stays at the Parc Ferme after the Time Trial and the respected heats, and can be mounted again on the karts right before the actual heats during the Parc Ferme rule.
In the case if a driver, prior to the Time Trial and/or the actual Heat still in the Parc Ferme or on the damy grid reports to the marshalls that one or more of the 5 plombs is/are broken, and if there is enough time, a new engine sholud be given, but in this case the driver must be penalized with a 15 place penalty.
In the case if any of the plombs are broken after the Heats, the driver must be excluded from that Heat, if this happens after the Time Trial the driver will be put on the last position for the 1st Heat.
The Technicians can controll any driver at any time for any reason. The found problems will be handled the same way as in other classes where own engines are used. If the Technicians found a problem on the plombed parts, if the plombe is not broken, the driver is not responsible!
All engines are given with the same performance by means of the braking pad at the very first event just as prior to the other events, and will be handed over to the representaive of the Organization in the Parc Ferme!
It is forbidden to modify the exhaust or put anything into it, this will be controlled by the Technical Marsalls whom, in case of any modifications, will oppose the sanctions!
It is forbidden to change any parts on the engine, except the parts that are taken and be used by the drivers/Teams, upon the handling over it will be monitored. If any of the drivers/Teams, trying to give back the engines with parts that were not on the engines at the lottery, will be disqualified from the event, from the whole season and will be penalized of paying penalty!
Every/Team with any technical issue must turn to the designated Rotax personell only, who will help to solve that issue!
In one event total of 5 engines can be changed in the „first come firts serve” base, means that only the first 5 drivers whom reported this whish to the designated Rotax representative untill Saturday 18 o’clock, will be able to do that change, but every whish will be controled, studied and carefully conducted.
If a driver who has started on all the events before, is able to ask engine change maximum 2 times per season can use this Jolly Jocker possibilities. If a driver wants to do more change in a year, can do it by getting a 15 place penalty, but in case if there is any engine of the 5 are left for that purpose only!
The engines must be returned cleaned with all the parts that were given to the driver 1 hour later than the last Heat (Final Heat) was over, to the designated Rotax Representative.
Cleaning with water is strictly forbidden!
